Gascho Furniture
Once again we have some lovely furniture to sell at the Relief Sale Auction. The items are donated by the L.J. Gascho Furniture Company of Pigeon, Michigan. This generous company has been donating furniture to the Northern Michigan Relief Sale for many years. The furniture is finely crafted pieces. You get quality with these furniture items. It all happened thanks to Velma Esch. Many of you probably know or know of Ira and Velma Esch from Fairview. Both of them were great supporters of the Relief Sale. Velma, being originally from Pigeon and a relative of the Gaschos, decided to ask them for some donated items. They have graciously been continuing ever since even though Velma is no longer able to make the contacts. We value companies and groups like them that are willing to help raise money for people in need around the world.
This year they are offering two very nice pieces.
One is a dining set consisting of a table and four chairs. It is made of two tone solid oak. Dimensions on the table are 40″ x 50″ with a height of 36″. There is also an 18″ leaf included. The four chairs are 24″ seat height. A great classic look to this set. Imagine it in your house.
The second piece is a cherry dresser with 7 drawers. A nice, but simple style that would fit in with most any décor. The dimensions are 63″ long, 36″ high with a depth of 20″. I like those three small drawers at the top.
Be sure to take a look at them before the auction starts. You could own a beautiful new piece of furniture if the bid is right.
