Clifford Yoder Woodwork
These past few weeks, the workshop of Clifford Yoder was cleared out thoroughly. He has been gone for a number of years, but we found some of his woodwork in the basement of his house. These will be at the Northern Michigan Relief Sale. I think they will probably be on the Auction.
Clifford, Uncle Clifford to many not even related to him, was a carver and woodworker. He donated many items for many years to the Northern Michigan Relief Sale. I think he would be pleased that his last works will go to help MCC. Some of these are marked with his initials C.E.Y. Some are not. Some are in an unfinished state. Most interesting to me is a just started wooden chain. He was well known for carved chains. Owls, a grinning deer, a bowl … reminders of a friend we loved.
If you remember Clifford, plan to bid on the last of his work.
