Friday’s Preliminary Events

Garage Sale – Friday from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Used Books – Friday from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Country Bakery/Mercantile booth Friday from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Hand crafted wood and fabric items, hand woven rugs, and much more.

Open House 1 – 7p.m. –  the open house will prove to be an interesting evening to view the many items that will be sold on Saturday.

Silent Auction and Color Challenge 1 – 7 p.m.

Bean Soup supper starting at 5 p.m.

Hot pulled pork sandwiches, sloppy joes, hot dogs, homemade ice cream, pie and beverages will be served beginning at 5 p.m.

Relief Sale Run – sign up at 6 p.m.,  run starts at 7 p.m. Medals for finishers under 20 years old and Relief Sale T-shirts to over all winners (men and women).

Gospel Concert starting at 7 p.m.

Family Movie Night starting at 9 p.m. (or whenever it gets dark). Enjoy a movie for the family under the beautiful warm August stars.

Saturday’s Events

Shops open – 7:30 a.m.

Garage Sale – starting at 9 a.m. and open until the sale is complete.

All you can eat whole hog sausage, buttermilk pancakes with pure maple syrup, coffee and juice. – served from 6 – 10 a.m.

Quilt Auction – 11 a.m. and again at  1:30 p.m.

General Auction – from 9:30 – 11 a.m., approximately 12 p.m., and again following the 1 p.m. quilt auction.

Roast pork and sausage sandwiches, sloppy joes, pies and drinks, garden produce, hot dogs, donuts, home made ice cream, CHICKEN QUARTERS, U.P Pasties and more … served throughout the day.
