Friday’s Preliminary Events

Garage Sale – starting at 9 a.m.

Used Books – all day Friday and Saturday starting at 9 a.m.

Food available throughout the day – staring at 8 a.m.

Produce on sale all day Friday as well as baked goods and the mercantile booth

Global Crafts and other craft items

Bean Soup Supper – served starting at 5 p.m.

Open House -  the open house will prove to be an interesting evening to view the many items that will be sold on Saturday. A bean soup supper will be served beginning at 5 p.m. Fresh produce, Global Crafts (Imported items) and other selected items will be open to buyers, as well as a silent auction -   5 – 9 p.m.

Children’s Auction – 6 p.m.
Silent Auction – 3 – 7 p.m.

Evening concert with Devin & Yvette Chisholm and Mark & Andrea Forester - starting at 7 p.m.

Relief Sale Run - sign up at 6 p.m.,  run starts at 7 p.m.

Saturday’s Events

Shops open – 7:30 a.m.

Whole Hog Sausage Breakfast with Pure Maple Syrup – served from 6 – 10 a.m.

Chicken BBQ Dinner - served starting at  12 p.m.

Quilt Auction - 11 a.m. and again at  1:30 p.m.

General Auction – from 9 – 11 a.m., approximately 12:30 p.m., and again following the 1:30 p.m. quilt auction
